Accountant Position

We seek a seasoned Accountant to contribute to our accounting team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial records and reporting for our diverse clientele.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. Our ideal candidate will be proficient in Xero accounting software and have experience working with e-commerce clients.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

  • Perform general accounting duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations

  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field

  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a professional services or consulting environment

  • Prior work experience with clients/companies in the same accounting role, preferably in a Singapore-based company

  • Proficient in the use of Xero accounting software and spreadsheet applications

  • Experience in e-commerce/service business

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
