Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality software applications through rigorous manual and automated testing.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of multiple projects with minimal support.
- Conduct presentations to cross-functional groups on test solutions delivered.
- Act as a Regression Coordinator across teams.
- Own the triage process.
- Ensure IT Principles & Values are followed.
- Monitor Delivery Team metrics and drive improvements.
- 5+ years of solid experience in application QA/testing.
- 2+ years of QA leadership experience.
- SFDC background is a must.
- Experience with SFDC test automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing practices.
- Ability to ensure accountability and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven record of driving results and engagement, while supporting team objectives.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelining for deployment.
- Hands-on experience with QA tools like Provar and automation frameworks.
- Exposure to performance testing and monitoring.
