Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Policy Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing finance policies and procedures that align with our global framework.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business operations, accounting, and finance principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather information and develop clear, concise policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement finance policies and procedures that align with our global framework.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of policy changes and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
