Marketing Coordinator Role Summary\

This position supports the marketing team with tasks including design, events, communications, and internal projects. The Marketing Coordinator ensures timely project delivery, adhering to brand standards and specifications.\/p>Responsibilities\

  • Coordinating multiple projects from intake to delivery, prioritizing tasks effectively.\/li>
  • Collaborating with marketing teams, vendors, and cross-department stakeholders to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines.\/li>
  • Creating and adapting marketing content for various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.\/li>
  • Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for light-to-moderate creative work.\/li>
  • Assisting with webinar and event coordination, including scheduling, logistics, reminders, and follow-ups.\/li>
  • Maintaining HubSpot hygiene, updating contact/company records, managing lists, and supporting email marketing workflows.\/li>
  • Leveraging AI tools for drafting, formatting, and research.\/li>
  • Conducting competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking.\/li>
  • Supporting email marketing build and send campaigns, QA content, and coordinating team approvals.\/li>
  • Managing data entry, file organization, and quality assurance tasks.\/li>
Requirements\
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related field.\/li>
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with a modern design aesthetic.\/li>
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with attention to branding consistency and layout detail.\/li>
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep, list management, and email workflows.\/li>
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.\/li>
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, content drafting, and process efficiency.\/li>
  • Experience with project management platforms like Asana, Trello, or Notion.\/li>
