Our company is looking for a Service Associate to join our team in the Business Center.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide competent, timely and error-free over-the-counter services to customers. This includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory rules, as well as identifying risk areas and eliminating them by consistently implementing bank policies and procedures.

Additionally, the candidate will support business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and other service-related initiatives of the branch.

They will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining high levels of productivity while adhering to our Service Standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to deal with complexity, efficient in decision-making, diligent, and practices effective time management in their work.
  • Controlling and monitoring skills, with a sense of security awareness.
  • Empathic and able to easily engage with people.
  • Highly compassionate and committed to the organization, people, and service-oriented.
