Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

A key member of our hotel team, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. You will provide a warm welcome, ensuring that all their needs are met and exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and restaurants to enhance the guest experience.
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to increase revenue and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
