Market Researcher Role

The Market Researcher plays a pivotal part in gathering market intelligence through a combination of online research and direct outreach. This is a full-time, remote role that involves contacting property staff or reviewing trusted websites to collect key data such as rental rates, occupancy levels, and other market-specific information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough research to gather accurate and up-to-date market information
  • Verifying and updating property information via phone calls
  • Tracking development pipelines: new constructions, acquisitions, and listings
  • Identifying property sales, listings, and ownership changes
  • Inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Communicating findings clearly and accurately via email and internal tools

What We're Looking For:

  • A highly organized and motivated individual with a strong command of spoken and written English
  • Comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • A reliable computer setup, preferably with dual monitors and a stable internet connection
  • Someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work

Position Details:

  • Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. The workload may vary throughout the year, with certain months requiring increased commitment.
  • A competitive compensation package, plus bonuses for consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines. Additional performance-based bonuses are available for proactive, high-performing individuals with a positive attitude.
