Project Manager: Quantitative Market Research

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the execution of quantitative market research projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, manage respondent inquiries, and oversee honorarium payments.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings to ensure all stakeholders understand project specifications, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to quickly solve problems as they present.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet project-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and ability to calculate incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of market research principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
