Job Overview

The role of Marketing Coordinator is a support position for the marketing team, focusing on coordination, design, events, communications, and internal projects.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will facilitate marketing requests from intake to delivery, prioritizing and tracking multiple projects. You will collaborate with the marketing team, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

You will create and adapt marketing content for various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials. You will utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for creative work, as well as leverage AI tools for drafting, formatting, and research.

Additionally, you will conduct competitor analysis, SEO research, and campaign performance tracking. Your skills in this area will enable you to make informed decisions about our marketing strategy.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can maintain HubSpot hygiene, update contact/company records, manage lists, and support email marketing workflows.

Required Skills:
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
  • Advanced PowerPoint capabilities with modern design aesthetic.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, with attention to branding consistency and layout detail.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot for CRM upkeep and email workflows.
  • Awareness of SEO principles and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
