
Customer Care Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead our Customer Care Voice-Inbound team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving target achievement and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to achieve assigned targets in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain transaction quality within predefined parameters and control claim costs to minimize leakage.
- Accurately manage reserves and payments while overseeing the lifecycle of claims.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, as well as other correspondence related to claims.
- Foster strong customer relationships, build rapport, and facilitate effective communication to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Pursue continuous improvement initiatives to enhance claims management processes.
- Mid-Senior level experience in claims management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
