Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our dynamic global team. This key role involves maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including reconciliations and variance resolution.
  • Support VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings.
  • Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and enhance workflows.
