About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, deliver and test tailored solutions for the business using Salesforce and other connected technologies.
  • Support continued build-out of key reports and dashboards, data administration, and integrity upkeep.
  • Drive platform proficiency through training, documentation, and hands-on support.
  • Stay ahead by monitoring updates and optimizing business processes.
  • Provide day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the connected Salesforce platform.
  • Hands-on deployment of changes across environments, including sandbox refreshes, data migration, and metadata deployment.
  • Champion feedback, agile approach, and collaborative remote teamwork to foster growth and resilience. Provide technical specifications and help maintain overall documentation for the business.

What You Bring

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Developer who has expertise in:

  • Salesforce architecture, integration with 3rd Party apps, customization, code-based & declarative tools.
  • Problem-solving skills, comfortable tackling ambiguity, solving problems creatively, and delivering valuable solutions.
  • Collaboration mindset, strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams, balancing technical needs with business priorities.
  • CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and integrations.
  • Platform health and monitoring, proactively monitor system performance, data quality, and integration health—using tools and logs to identify issues before they become problems.
