**Job Description**

As a remote leasing coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants across our rental portfolio. Your mission is to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate responses to leads—turning inquiries into scheduled tours and applications.

**Responsibilities Include:**
  • Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via call, text, and email
  • Schedule property tours and maintain showing windows
  • Assist prospective tenants with applications and unit details
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based leasing agents and internal departments
  • Manage leasing documentation and CRM updates in AppFolio
  • Create and assign support tickets using our internal system

**Tools You'll Use:**

  • AppFolio – Leasing CRM and property management platform
  • 3CX – Cloud phone system
  • Microsoft Teams & Outlook – Internal communication and updates
  • Microsoft SharePoint – Access to building info, scripts, specials
  • Super Simple Ticketing – Task routing for internal coordination
  • Rippling / VPM – Time tracking
**Work Schedule Requirements:
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week
  • Requires overlapping hours with U.S. Pacific Time
  • Shift typically starts in the early to mid-evening PH time
**Requirements For Success:**
  • Experience in leasing, customer service, or real estate support
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly in both written and spoken English
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable switching between multiple platforms
  • Can follow scripts while also using good judgment
