Job Title: Key Operations Coordinator
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Operations Coordinator to oversee and manage day-to-day operations of our team. This role will involve tasks related to purchasing, production, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Management: Monitor orders and documentation of order confirmations and vendor emails to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- PO Issuance: Verify that purchase orders are accurate and issued to suppliers with correct client artwork files.
- Vendor Communication: Contact suppliers and vendors for order status, proof, and tracking information to ensure smooth logistics.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with clients using email templates for order updates and logistics to provide exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Organizational Skills: High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
