Property Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Professional to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth tenant communication and timely issue resolution. They will also oversee property inspections, maintenance, and repairs, as well as prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Workspace tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Property Maintenance: Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Tenant Communication: Manage tenant communications, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Lease Administration: Prepare and manage leases, forms, and notices using Google Forms and Docs.
  • Rent Collection: Track rent payments, late fees, and lease renewals to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain organized digital records via Google Drive and Sheets.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in property management is highly desirable.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to obtain and manage information with accuracy and confidentiality, proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Drive, Gmail, Calendar), good communication and problem-solving skills.
