Job Title: Senior Technical Leader

This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced technology professional with a deep technical background and a passion for building scalable, customer-centric digital solutions across mobile, web, and engagement platforms.

What You Will Do:

  1. Lead and mentor large, cross-functional engineering teams (50+ engineers across regions).
  2. Own the technical strategy and delivery roadmap for mobile, online, and digital banking platforms.
  3. Champion Agile practices, DevOps, and engineering best practices.
  4. Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure leaders to drive innovation.
  5. Modernise legacy systems and integrate emerging technologies.
  6. Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all digital touchpoints.
  7. Strong technical background with deep expertise in architecture and system design.
  8. Proven leadership in large-scale engineering teams within banking or financial services.
  9. In-depth knowledge of consumer banking platforms, mobile apps, cloud-native development, and APIs.
  10. Track record of leading successful digital transformation and modernisation initiatives.
  11. Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and team leadership skills.
