Job Overview
Goride International Inc. is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our area sales team. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with company products or services.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and improve performance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales metrics, team performance, and market analysis for higher management.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- 5 years or more experience in a managerial or supervisory role is required.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
- Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area as needed.
