About the Role

The Senior Administrative Partner will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chairman of Marivent Hotels and Resorts Inc.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the Chairman's schedule, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and meetings.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication.
  3. Support the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives, including research, analysis, and reporting.
  4. Manage office operations, including budgeting, travel coordination, and supply chain management.
  5. Ensure the smooth operation of board meetings, including logistics, agendas, and minutes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; strong academic record preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive administration, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
