Pediatric Afterhours Support Specialist

As a dedicated professional, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-growing organization that specializes in providing top-tier operational support to U.S.-based companies.
The role involves ensuring seamless operations and patient care coverage outside of standard business hours (EST). You will act as the primary point of contact for patients and nurses during evenings, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:- You will manage urgent requests, schedule adjustments, and escalations that occur after hours.
- Monitoring communication channels and responding promptly to calls, messages, and emails is essential.
- Coordinating staff scheduling to ensure consistent coverage and service delivery is crucial.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required. You should be able to multitask and manage urgent requests in a fast-paced environment.
A background in MS Office and Outlook computer skills is necessary.
Here are some key qualifications for the role:
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial but not required.
- Background in Customer Care, Call Centre, Scheduling, or Workforce Coordination is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
