Job Overview

The role of the Implementation Officer revolves around delivering tailored Cash Management solutions to clients, developing configurations through controlled deployments, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

The officer's primary responsibilities include:

  • Receiving designated projects/assignments
  • Deploying specialized cash management services for referred clients
  • Coordinating with clients for requirements gathering
  • Developing implementation strategies for clients
  • Jointly developing procedural guidelines with clients for smooth implementations
  • Coordinating with internal units for proper servicing of customized services
  • Training users and assisting in the installation of security devices
  • Routing and monitoring internal requests for product and service deployment
  • Managing pilot runs when necessary
  • Identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to Product Managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Preferably two years of experience in banking as a project/product officer, information systems auditor, help desk support, or ISG project representative
