We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven workflows across the organization.

This high-impact role focuses on streamlining customer, vendor, and internal communications while also driving the improvement and adoption of AI technology.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams, reduce reliance on manual tools, and enhance productivity through modern AI and automation solutions.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and requires a strong technical proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, and SharePoint.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI workflow development, process automation, or intelligent agent implementation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, IndySoft, or similar ERP/CRM systems
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows to streamline sales, purchasing, and internal/external communications
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI technology
  • Evaluate hosting and integration platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Zapier, Power Automate) and recommend the best-fit solutions
System Integration & Automation
  • Collaborate with departments to reduce reliance on manual spreadsheets and SharePoint lists
  • Automate repetitive tasks such as purchase order follow-ups, calibration reminders, and quote requests
