Job Description

As a key member of our organisation, the Member Development Lead plays a pivotal role in developing the membership ICT capability. This involves assessing critical needs and designing programs to support digital transformation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and delivering human resource development initiatives that enhance ICT capabilities across the membership. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement training and development activities, ensuring remote/online training delivery and adapting methodologies for adult learners.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ICT capability development programs to meet the needs of members.
  • Formulate and deliver HR development initiatives to enhance ICT capabilities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to implement training and development activities.
  • Support remote/online training delivery and adapt methodologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in Training and Development, ICT, Human Resource Development or a related field. Knowledge of remote/online training methodologies and ICT/digitalisation is essential. You should also possess experience with adult learning principles and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively is crucial.
