We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Project Coordinator role. If you're passionate about marketing and eager to join a collaborative team, this could be the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

• Manage task intakes on a daily basis

• Facilitate effective communication among team members

• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

• Develop reports that showcase progress and achievements

• Oversee timelines and schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Ensure client expectations are met regarding deliverables

• Report to the Account Manager and maintain alignment with client objectives

• Address questions related to the contract, including 'what,' 'when,' 'who,' and 'where'

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or administrative work is preferred

• A bachelor's degree is highly valued

• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail) and Microsoft Outlook (Office 365) is required

Desirable Skills:

• Keyword research skills can be an asset

• Experience with editorial calendar planning can be beneficial

• Ability to prepare content briefs for various formats is desirable

• Strong writing skills with good English grammar, using AI tools like Grammarly is acceptable

• PR experience, including press release creation and virtual networking, can be advantageous

• Familiarity with project management and coordination tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, AirTable, etc. is valuable

• Canva design skills can be useful

• Email marketing experience with tools like MailChimp, Constant Contact, Instantly, Brevo, etc. can be beneficial

• Experience with AI tools like MidJourney, Dall-E, Stable Diffusion, RunwayML, ChatGPT, Bard, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc. can be an asset

• Adobe tools proficiency, including Photoshop/Firefly, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier, is desirable

• Video editing skills with tools like Canva, Premier, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve can be valuable

• Social media video marketing experience for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok can be beneficial

• CRM experience with tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, PipeDrive, etc. can be advantageous

• Experience with advertising platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing Ads can be valuable

Specialized Skills:

• Front-end Web Developer skills, including WordPress builders and basic coding in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, can be an asset

• Back-end Web Developer skills, including knowledge of servers, hosting, PHP, SQL, can be beneficial

• Full-stack Web Developer capabilities can be valuable

• Web design and prototype mockup skills with tools like Figma, Divi, Elementor, Bricks Builder, etc. can be desirable

• Automation workflow experience with tools like Zapier, Make, etc. can be advantageous

• Google Business Profile marketing and ranking improvement skills can be valuable

• SEO skills, including on-page, off-page backlinking, citation work, can be beneficial

• Management abilities can be an asset
