About the Role:

- Manage customer escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working cross-functionally toward resolution.
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success or related field.
- Proven track record of delivering top-notch account management and driving customer retention.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to track numerous details.
