Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Reliability Engineer to join our team in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, or the UK. This role is responsible for resolving complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, with experience working on large-scale systems and technologies such as Node, NestJS, React, and Vue.
  • They should also have experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Cloud Platforms like AWS.
  • A strong academic foundation from reputable universities and a minimum of 5 years experience in software development is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data teams to reproduce and resolve enquiries.
  • Provide technical support through Zendesk, JIRA, and phone channels.
  • Identify fixes and develop code.
  • Configure servers and networks in the Cloud.
  • Update database records and knowledge base to improve self-servicing.
