REGISTRY CONSULTANT/SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible in aiding for Bridal Registry and coordinates bridal store-events/activities and delivering a high level of customer service by targeting customer's lifestyle and building quality registrations and store-events that result to growth and increased sales.

A. REGISTRATION AND GIFT SELECTION

· Guides customers through registration process and orients clients on services and facilities available at Rustan's Weddings and Beyond.

· Consults with customers to determine objectives, requirements, themes and other preferences.

· Conducts store-tour with the customer/s to showcase available products/gift items.

· Provides consultation in item selection for the registry.

· Performs selling of gift certificates as an additional gift option.

· Updates customer preferences listing and coordinates sale of item to ensure no duplication of selected/ purchased gift items.

· Identifies and communicates best sellers and key items to ensure availability of merchandise assortment.

B. BRIDAL STORE EVENTS & PROMO

· Supports in the planning and dissemination of on-going bridal store events and activities.

· Conducts telemarketing to existing and prospective customers for incoming company events, promotions, and activities.

C. GIFT DELIVERY

· Monitors gift delivery specifications and schedule to ensure accurate and timely delivery of items.

· Attends gift delivery follow-up and other inquiries.

D. CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Responds to customer inquiries.

· Handles and resolves customer issues.

· Assists and accompany customers in payment of gift items and gift-wrapping section.

E. GIFT RETURNS/EXCHANGE

· Accommodates customers with gift items for return or exchange.

· Verifies purchase and details of customer transaction/purchases.

· Provides information such as policies and procedures for gift returns/exchange.

· Checks stock availability of items

F. COORDINATION

· Coordinates directly with gift wrapping counter and receiving department regarding all gift delivery specifications (e.g. location) and schedules.

· Coordinates with concierge personnel regarding Gift Certificate purchases and issuance and to Sales Associate for gift payments.

· Coordinates with other branches with regards to customer and registry updates.

· Reminds customers on reservations and scheduled store tour.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

· Preferably with related work experience

· Must have good oral and communication skills

· Good understanding on retail industry business
