Job Title: Facility Management Specialist

This is a nationwide project, requiring travel to various project sites across the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and conducting technical assessments and maintenance surveys at multiple facilities.

The job involves a thorough assessment of facility infrastructure, equipment, and overall operational readiness. This includes analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyze survey results and develop detailed reports, including actionable recommendations for facility maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and personnel training requirements.

  • Engage with stakeholders to present findings, validate survey data, and support design review discussions, ensuring alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the documentation and tracking of facility conditions, identifying risks, deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement to support long-term operational sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, LEED) is an advantage.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in facility assessments, infrastructure surveys, and technical evaluations, including hands-on expertise in analyzing facility systems and recommending corrective actions.

  • Familiarity with maritime security infrastructure, including the unique requirements of port facilities, coastal surveillance sites, and related operational environments.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) facility standards, including design, sustainment planning, and compliance with reporting requirements.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple concurrent surveys and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and develop practical recommendations.
