Job Overview

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and success by analyzing complex business problems and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex business problems and identify areas of improvement
- Develop methods for measuring business unit effectiveness and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver and demonstrate value realized in reporting operations processes
- Gather and document requirements for data mart enhancements and new metrics

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of work experience as a business reporting analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics Information Management or Statistics – or equivalent
• Strong experience in using BI/reporting Tools (Tableau or PowerBI) and Excel to do advance data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Seibel and Salesforce is a plus
• Strong IT knowledge – e.g., owned specific delivery component of IT data mart or reporting projects/process improvement;
• Fundamental operational control mindset, proactive in understanding the data and be able to deliver true insights behind the movement and correlation of data sets;
