
Sales Strategy Leader

We are seeking a visionary Commercial Director to spearhead our sales strategy and drive growth in the embedded finance domain.
The successful candidate will possess 10+ years of experience in sales or business development within financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. They will be responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives, leading solution teams, and optimizing sales processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and driving sales strategy and leading solution teams focused on fintech, enterprise, and financial institution segments.
- Optimizing sales processes and implementing best practices to boost efficiency and client experience.
- Overseeing onboarding for key clients and maintaining senior-level relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth.
- Collaborating with the Product team to enhance offerings based on client needs and segment opportunities.
- Providing performance insights and strategic updates to the executive team.
Requirements include:
- A strong understanding of embedded finance, fintech, and financial services market trends.
- Experience in product development, go-to-market strategy, and segment-focused selling.
- A strategic thinker with strong decision-making, analytical, and forecasting skills.
- An excellent communicator and negotiator with the ability to build lasting stakeholder relationships.
