About the Role

The Data Insights Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various client portfolios. This position involves monitoring data quality, resolving data issues, and optimizing the use of internal systems to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and rectify missing or substituted meter data to maintain data consistency.
  • Manually upload and verify data in the internal CRM system to ensure seamless integration.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to solar and substituted data to prevent disruptions.

New Data Feed Management

  • Review and activate new meter data feeds to enhance data capabilities.
  • Manage CRM tickets related to new feed activations to prioritize tasks effectively.

Stakeholder Communication & Support

  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders through responsive communication.
  • Coordinate with meter providers and retailers for data access to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Respond promptly to internal team queries to ensure knowledge sharing and collaboration.

System & Record Maintenance

  • Ensure the accuracy of data in internal systems and service records to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain up-to-date and consistent customer records to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a relevant degree in Business Administration, IT, or Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Data entry experience is required, with experience in a metering, energy services, utilities, or data-intensive environment highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for efficient task completion.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are critical for stakeholder engagement and effective collaboration.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and self-organization skills are necessary for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong initiative, resourcefulness, and results-driven approach are essential for driving business success.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are vital for building strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
