As a key player in our organization, the Financial Analyst – Operations plays a pivotal role in driving business success through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis: The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing company financials from Excel files to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Data Evaluation: They will evaluate company data to determine alignment with investment criteria, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Candidate Management: The Operations Financial Analyst will manage CRM systems to ensure efficient communication and follow-ups with business owners, investors, and partners.
  • Outreach and Communication: This role involves conducting outreach to business owners via email and phone to initiate conversations and support investor and partner communication by organizing data and follow-ups.
  • Administrative Support: The Operations Financial Analyst will assist with various administrative and operational tasks, including follow-ups and scheduling, to maintain organization across deals and communications in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should possess strong English fluency, both spoken and written, with excellent presentation and communication skills. Experience in financial analysis, CRM tools, and Google Sheets proficiency are highly desirable. A self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and is comfortable making outbound phone calls to external stakeholders will excel in this position.

Requirements:
  • English Fluency: Strong English fluency for clear communication.
  • Financial Analysis Experience: Proven experience in financial analysis, especially reviewing company financials and understanding business models.
  • CRM Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM tools like HubSpot and Insightly.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
