Job Description

The Business Intelligence Developer III role at our organization contributes to the company mission by advancing ETL processes, report development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

This position is responsible for working with large amounts of data, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis, and transferring to new formats. The ideal candidate will provide in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns, communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way, and collaborate with leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report and dashboard creation, automation, and analytics needs.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with data engineers in designing and optimizing data pipelines, leading the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration, designing and developing sophisticated, highly interactive reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools, and driving and enforcing comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, Management Information System, or other related disciplines
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube and Report design/development, and data modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Advanced proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight or similar
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate at the C-Level
  • Able to work independently and in a team, rigorous, detail-oriented, and critical thinker
