Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing complex business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Design and implement effective strategies for process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Close collaboration with Product Manager, Project Manager, and SMEs to clarify scope and requirements
  • Support and contribute to the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery
Requirements:
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of UML diagrams
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery framework
  • Strong project management skills (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall)
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, basic formula e.g. vlookup)
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Project and Product Documentation
