Job Description:
The Technical Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of residential units within The Villages of Lipa. Key responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring houses are maintained twice a month.
  • Providing support to Customer Service Team in terms of units monitoring and completion, joint inspection, and assistance in coordination with Project Team and contractor as needed for the turnover process.
  • Ensuring that turnover is in compliance with company procedures and standards.
  • Managing and monitoring punchlist completion of outstanding work prior to turnover.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and coordination skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and knowledge of property operations and maintenance procedures.
