Senior Talent Acquisition Leader

Our organization is seeking a professional to lead the recruitment process and develop strategies to attract top talent in legal and administrative fields. This role is crucial for driving growth and shaping the future of our company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruiting team, developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, overseeing inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, implementing and optimizing recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies, and maintaining the rigor of our hiring process to ensure a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the recruiting team to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop strategic plans to recruit top talent in legal and administrative fields.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
- Implement and optimize recruitment systems and processes to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain the rigor of our hiring process to ensure exceptional candidates are consistently identified and recruited.
- At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse candidate pools and internal teams.
