Job Overview

Cyzerg seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive all digital marketing campaigns, targeting and generating leads, conducting market research, and optimizing the performance of our digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging online marketing content such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, website content, etc.
  • Develop and maintain company social media presence on various platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other necessary platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns including email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze job-related KPIs (key performance indicators), create weekly and monthly reports, and suggest action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Meet with clients and report marketing performance, discuss issues, and create solutions to alleviate problems.
  • Complete drafts and/or finished projects within schedule.
  • Develop content for marketing collaterals such as brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and all company materials deemed necessary.
  • Collaborate in creating marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing insights.
  • Understand companies' voice and branding and embody it across all efforts.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work from 8am to 5pm EST.
  • Be creative and innovative.
  • Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Have excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Confidentiality is a must.
  • Fast-paced, competitive environment required.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
