Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical and product support to customers across digital and voice channels.
  • Employ thoughtful questioning techniques to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on product changes, new features, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with peers to validate workflows and identify patterns in customer feedback.
  • Educate customers on key features and benefits aligned with their goals.
  • Maintain high levels of productivity, consistently adhering to SLAs and meeting key performance metrics such as resolution time and CSAT.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in at least one entry-level tech Customer Support or Technical Support role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with an empathetic approach.
  • Proficiency in using support tools, including live chat and ticketing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
