We are currently seeking a Manual QA E-commerce Specialist to fill this key role within our organization.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our e-commerce platform through rigorous manual testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in manual QA and be passionate about working with e-commerce platforms, possessing excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough manual QA testing on our e-commerce platform to identify and report defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in manual QA
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (technical concentration preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years of manual QA experience in e-commerce platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
