Business Analyst – Data Insights Specialist

Location: Remote

Reports To: Director, Sales Operations

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Sales Operations team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in business intelligence tools and advanced data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Develop and maintain comprehensive data models to inform business strategy. Identify trends and patterns in historical data to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Business Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that provide visibility into sales performance, inventory health, and operational KPIs. Deliver reporting packages to Sales, Finance, and Operations.
  • ERP Management & Optimizations (Fulfill.io): Product Data Management. Act as the primary liaison for ERP integrations, coordinating with internal and external teams. Ensure APIs are connected and functioning correctly, troubleshooting as needed.
  • Advanced Data Analysis: Write complex queries to extract, clean, and analyze datasets. Explore and apply AI-powered tools to expedite analysis and improve forecasting accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in consumer products or retail.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, BI tools, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Fulfill.io preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage integrations and API connections.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
