Customer Service Expert

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide top-notch customer support through phone interactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues and improving customer satisfaction.
  2. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and make informed decisions.
  3. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate problems as necessary.
  5. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous BPO experience is an advantage, but not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work from home with a suitable setup, including a dual monitor, i5 processor, Windows 10, 50 mbps internet connection, USB-headset, and camera.
