Key Accountabilities
  • Provide technical assistance to maintenance personnel during equipment breakdowns or routine maintenance tasks.
  • Work closely with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency.
  • Analyze data to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
  • Visionary mindset with self-learning initiative, able to work well in a team.
  • Deep analysis skills (5W+1H, RCA, etc.) to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Basic presentation skills to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with Spares Management, Maintenance Planning, PM Execution, and PM digitization (e.g., DMS, SAP) is an advantage.
