The Process Optimization Lead will play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our network-related processes. This involves reviewing, analyzing, and optimizing existing workflows to ensure they align with our strategic goals.

About the Role

This position demands a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of telecommunications network infrastructure, and the ability to translate complex technical processes into actionable improvements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to streamline network operations, improve performance, and reduce operational costs. They will also be responsible for ensuring that process changes are effectively implemented, monitored, and continuously refined.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate existing network processes, workflows, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and inefficiencies.
  • Collect and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Document network processes and operational standards, creating detailed process maps, flowcharts, and SOPs.
  • Research and benchmark network processes against industry standards and competitors to identify best practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather insights, assess needs, and ensure alignment on process improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives within scope and budget.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network performance, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Recommend and implement technological solutions to optimize network processes and reduce manual interventions.
  • Ensure that process improvements comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Train staff on new processes and tools to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing success.
  • Prepare detailed reports and present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Hiring Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, or network experience within a telecommunications company or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including wireless, broadband, fiber optics, and core infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in Lean and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency in process modeling tools, project management software, and telecommunications-specific software.
  • Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), ITIL, or related process improvement methodologies are preferred.
