Software Engineer Senior Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality software that adheres to AXA PH Applications Lifecycle Management process.
  • Enhance application compliance with architecture standards and reduce technology debt.
  • Ensure deployment does not cause P1 or P2 outage.
  • Maintain software quality by implementing best practices in coding and AXA group security.
  • Execute unit tests and coded UI testing to ensure application quality.
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related output code from requirements.
  • Prepare requirements to deploy to the production server.

  • Application systems delivered on time, within budget, and with complete feature sets per specifications.
