We're seeking a seasoned Java professional to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about designing, developing, and launching high-quality Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user requirements into software requirements to ensure applications meet business needs
  • Design, develop, test, debug, maintain, and improve Java-based IT business applications
  • Develop Java-based software and tools to support design, infrastructure, and technology platforms
  • Scale our Java-based IT services through automation and evolve systems to improve reliability and velocity
  • Research and train on novel technologies and tools to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments

Requirements:

  • 8-12 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

Critical Skills:

  • MongoDB
  • Confluent Kafka
  • Java

This role requires a strong knowledge of the Java programming language, experience with popular frameworks like Spring and Hibernate, and expertise in object-oriented design and development. Familiarity with NoSQL databases, agile software development methodologies, and test-driven development (TDD) is also essential.
