Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account operations.
  • Create, optimize, and maintain accurate and high-performing product listings.
  • Coordinate shipment processes from creation to successful delivery.
  • Perform daily listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear, proactive communication.
  • Resolve customer complaints and negative feedback.
Required Skills
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts with a proven track record.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
