Listing Optimization Specialist

This role focuses on product listing optimization, platform expansion, and strategic adaptation of product descriptions to meet marketplace requirements.


Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage listings for 100+ items across multiple platforms, ensuring timely updates and accurate inventory management.
  • Adapt product descriptions to comply with marketplace restrictions using creative wording and strategies.
  • Maintain seamless inventory synchronization across all sales channels.
  • Research and recommend automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
  • Develop targeted strategies to reach niche buyers such as home decorators and auction platforms.
  • Prepare and format auction submissions for LiveAuctioneers, including spreadsheet organization, photo numbering, and image preparation from Dropbox.
  • Collaborate with the business owner for approvals and updates.
  • Monitor listing performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
