
Digital Ecommerce Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned ecommerce operations expert to lead our marketing efforts and drive significant growth in sales and customer engagement. This pivotal role will oversee ecommerce operations and develop effective marketing strategies, focusing on the US market.
This position is instrumental in enhancing brand identity, optimizing digital presence, and driving sustained growth through CRO, SEO, and marketing funnels.
Key Responsibilities- Ecommerce Operations Management
- Oversight of daily Shopify operations to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Optimization of product pages, landing pages, and funnels for mobile responsiveness and conversion.
- Maintenance of consistent and premium brand representation across all website and product pages.
- Enhancement of website SEO through on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
- Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Leadership and execution of META ads strategy, launching a minimum of 25 new ad variations weekly.
- Development and testing of various offers on META ads.
- Creation of engaging ad concepts, angles, and copy tailored to target audiences.
- Monitoring of ad performance, management of budgets, and optimization based on data-driven insights.
- Collaboration with the email marketing team for cohesive multi-channel campaigns to improve retention.
- Partnership with the Social Media Manager to ensure unified messaging across platforms.
- Coordination with influencers and the social media team to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Customer Engagement & Growth
- Development of customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing efforts.
- Use of customer feedback and analytics to refine website content and ad campaigns.
- Planning and execution of engaging challenge programs to foster global participation and community engagement.
- Support of the release of new product launches.
- Planning of initiatives such as digital training programs to encourage repeat purchases from existing customers while serving as an acquisition channel for new customers.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Continuous analysis of customer behavior and identification of opportunities to improve website CRO.
- A/B testing of landing pages, ads, and product pages to maximize performance.
- Creative and Project Management
- Management of the creation of marketing assets, including photos, videos, and supporting materials, in collaboration with the broader team.
- Assistance with ad creatives, banners, and other visual assets using graphic design skills.
- Taking ownership of execution while collaborating with leadership for direction and feedback.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a Shopify environment.
- Deep understanding of the US health and fitness market.
- Proven expertise in META ads management, including creative testing and optimization.
- Strong track record of driving ecommerce growth through CRO, SEO, and marketing funnels.
- Familiarity with building product pages, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Hands-on experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, and targeted campaigns.
- Basic to intermediate graphic design proficiency.
- Experience working with influencers and managing social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
