Job Title: Bilingual Jr Dispatcher for Solar Account
This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Bilingual Jr Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client interactions and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call clients to verify key information such as contact details, site readiness, and any specific requirements for upcoming appointments.
- Provide clients with reminder calls prior to their scheduled appointments to confirm timing and address any last-minute questions or concerns.
- Handle any scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes, making sure all parties are informed and adjustments are made seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work 9-10 hours per day, 6 days a week.
Benefits:
- $5 USD per hour.
- $20/sale (1000-1500 potential earning monthly).
- Weekly pay via TransferWise/Paypal/Remitly.
Others:
Previous experience in SOLAR appointment management is an advantage.
