Quality Assurance Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to join our team. As a QA Consultant, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for customer and internal projects.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career QA looking to grow technical and business skills in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will collaborate with both customers and internal teams, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism and QA acumen.

  • Test and validate integrations between our platform and external web applications.
  • Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity.
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role.
  • Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
  • Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.
