Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to introduce company services and build initial rapport with prospects.

  • Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations as needed to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to report progress and ensure seamless collaboration.
